I have our SMR configured and have been conducting our first round of preliminary tests. One issue that has arose is the CID that shows up on the destination device when it has been called from a Mobility mobile device. It shows the mobile carrier's cell # instead of a DID when on a mobile network and WiFi network. What I want to see is a chosen DID # when call external devices and the ext # when calling internal phones or other Mobility client users. How can I accomplish this? Is it in the numbering plan, or am I way off? Thanks in advance.
