Workgroup Phones ring after hangup

First Post and second week of new job with a ShoreTel Phone system.

Got an issues where a workgroup of 5 users will ring, one of them answers and handles the call. When that user hangs up, all the phones will 1/2 ring and display the CID info of the previous call then all the phone go back to ready. The 5 phones are on 4 different switches managed under the same server pair that handles the workgroup processing. Currently running Build 19.45.8701.0.

Appreciate any advice you can give me.
