Hello. I was trying to tell one of my customer why a call did not get routed to an available agent. Looking at the syslog, I see that the call went to the overflow group. I am trying to figure out what the status of this person was at the time of the call. I do see a line that says that Status: Idle.
I also see a line that says "agent-state":5
The agent-status next to the agent that eventually got the call says ,"agent-state":21.
It seems like this should mean something, but not sure what "agent-state":5 means.
