I have recently upgraded the client to Build 22.24.5800.0 late last year. Once the system was upgraded the ST2D was showing OOS in Status and Maintenance-->Appliances. The switch shows connected in the COMMS field and the SIP trunks tied to the switch work as well. The only issue is that it states that OOS in Director even though everything seems to be working.
Long story short......I have now migrated the DB to 2019 servers and moved to the servers to our datacenter and still have the same issue. Mitel wanted me to reload the DB for the Mitel software so when I moved the servers this was completed. This week I added another ST2D (DC ST2D) at our datacenter for backup SIP trunks and have the same issue. This looks like a cosmetic issue within the Mitel Director but support could not figure it out. Was just wondering if anyone else has seen this with this build?
