We are migrating one of our cutomems HQ server and ECC server to our datacenter. I have the servers setup and the IP's changed on both servers to the new subnet. Before we enabled the connection to our DC from the customers network I SSH'd into each ST switch and changed the managing server to the new HQ server IP (10.3.5.10). Everything looked good at first but you can see in the Comm menu that I have all kinds of issues. I ran the lspConList/lsp_ping and was able to see different errors depending what switch I was in. The connection between these 2 locations is a VPLS/ELAN connection. The firewall at the DC is wide open and our IT engineer is able to see the data going back and fourth. The other side of the connection (customers end) is connected directly to a switch and routed, bypassing the firewall.
You can see in the picture below that nothing at the 10.1.5.xxx is talking to the new CC/HQ servers @ 10.3.5xxx. But some of the 10.1.5.xxx ST switches are communicating with the ST switch at the DC on 10.3.5.13. So that tells me that the port 111 or 5440 is not blocked, correct.?
Mitel Build: 22.24.5800.0
Current HQ IP: 10.1.5.10
HQ new IP: 10.3.5.10
Current CC IP: 10.1.5.11
CC new IP: 10.3.5.11
