Good day,
Recently our Domain Controller (which serves NTP) moved. In our Mitel System (which is just Shoretel if I am not mistaken) I changed the NTP server to the new IP. When a phone reboots it has the same problem detailed here: Wrong date and time - ShoreTel Forums. I have tried the options there, but it doesn't fix my issue. Phone that have yet to reboot have the correct date/time of course.
The servers/phones have full network access to the DC, the server has the correct date/time, and can query the DC successfully. So, I set the NTP server in Mitel to NTP.org (209.51.161.238) instead of an internal one and allowed that connection and still they are incorrect. What else do I need to check to narrow down and solve this problem? Am I incorrect that the phones get their time from the Mitel server? I have ran packet captures, and I do not see the phones making NTP requests to the NTP servers that I have set in Mitel.
