Trunk group 1. The route point works as intended forwarding callers to a users phone. Worked with DNIS and DID configured.
Trunk group 2. Callers are met with "extension #### is not valid". It's listing off the right user extension number, so it's hitting the route point.
There's no extension list involved with route points. I tried changing the assigned user group on the route point - no change in behavior. I also tried changing the server hosting the route point - no change in behavior. The inbound settings for both trunk groups are identical.
What would cause the invalid extension message on a route point, but only from a certain trunk group?
